Did You Know?

Elm trees produce "flying" seeds similar to the common "helicopter" maple seeds, but elm seeds are in the middle of the wing. These seeds are called samara.

Nesting Waters park greets visitors just inside the front gate. A gazebo overlooks a fountain on a calm lake frequented by ducks and geese. The entire area is punctuated with birdhouses that attract songbirds of all kinds.
